Guru Purnima Celebration at MAIS

On July 20, 2024, MAIS celebrated Guru Purnima with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event was a beautiful tribute to the revered Gurus who illuminate the path of knowledge for their students.

Highlights of the Celebration:

1. Traditional Lamp Lighting: The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the school principal, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness through knowledge.
2. Guru Vandana: Students paid heartfelt homage to their teachers, expressing gratitude for their guidance and wisdom. They recited shlokas and sang devotional songs dedicated to Gurus.
3. Speeches and Inspirational Talks: Principal Ma’am  & Teachers shared inspiring stories of great Gurus and emphasized the importance of education, humility, and lifelong learning. They encouraged students to seek knowledge beyond textbooks and learn from life experiences.
4. Student Performances: The cultural program featured mesmerizing thought-provoking skits. Students showcased their talents and creativity, celebrating the spirit of Guru-Shishya tradition

Principal Mrs. Ekta Mittal  expressed her gratitude to the teaching staff for their dedication and commitment. She emphasized that Guru Purnima is not just a day to honor teachers but also an occasion to reflect on the importance of lifelong learning.
